Many of my listings are affordable premade digital designs. These designs are not one of a kind (OOAK), they will be resold multiple times. If you would like a custom one of a kind design please message me or look at the custom options available in my shop :)

Logo Designs in my shop may not be trademarked. You may not sell any design in whole or parts to anyone, it is for your Personal or Business use only.

Can the graphics in your premade designs be changed?

No sorry, there are no changes to the graphics in the premade designs. You only have the option to change the Business name/tagline, Fonts, and text color on the pre-made logo you purchase.

How do you the customer receive your design files?

What’s your turnaround time for a custom logo?

I come up with the initial concept(s) in just 1-2 business days after purchase. However, we can only start to work once we receive the logo questionnaire sent to the client following their initial purchase. The entire custom logo process can take up to 14 days, sometimes more.

What is the turnaround time for revisions on a pre-made logo?

1-3 days after your purchase.

How many revisions can I ask for?

Policy on Excessive Revisions:

Customer satisfaction is a priority. We want you to be completely happy with your design. However, I am unable to offer excessive revisions free of charge. If I determine that your requests are outside the scope of the item purchased, I will provide you with a link for additional payment or find another option that we think will be suitable for both of us.

Order Abandonment

I understand that life happens -- I humbly request that you communicate with me if you anticipate delays in responding to me regarding your order. I am happy to place the order on hold if need be. If I cannot reach you after multiple tries within a one-week period I will stop all design work on your order. A fee may apply to restart work.

Printing Information

I only recommend printing my designs through a professional print shop such as Moo, Canva, or Vistaprint. I cannot accept responsibility for how your home printer handles color. I always recommend a test print of the proofing first, if you have concerns.

Disclaimer & Client Responsibility

All designs provided to clients are based on pre-made logo purchases or client questionnaires. It is the client's responsibility to ensure your business name is cleared & that the logo & branding (if applicable) does not bear similarity to the branding of similarly named businesses or related industries.

Logo Designs in my shop may not be trademarked and are not to be considered one-of-a-kind or unique. You may not sell any design in whole or parts to anyone, it is for your Personal or Business use only.

Please note~ that I use licensed clipart, fonts, and illustrations created by professional artists. I create all my logos and branding materials myself. No templates are used in my designs.

~I do not draw or recreate portraits of people or pets.

What if I delete the link in which my logo/branding file(s) were sent?

PLEASE SAVE YOUR FILES to your own devices, as I do not keep the files for more than a few months.
