GENERAL – All artwork and designs are copyright of Paperie Design Studio/Anna Czuprynski with the exception of images and photographs which are sourced for clients. The client is responsible for ensuring that any material you ask to include in your stationery does not breach any third party.

HAND-PAINTED DETAILS – Each invitation from hand painted collection is detailed simply by hand, therefore slight variances may exist from piece to piece. We assure each invitation looks beautiful and perfect before we ship it to our clients.

CUSTOM ORDER MINIMUMS
– Any custom project requires a minimum stationery purchase of 50 pieces

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES –
Due to the custom nature of each item, no returns will be accepted after we start with print process. Booking fees are non-returnable. Call us if you need to cancel your order. The cancellation fee is based on the stage of the design at which the cancellation is requested and in most cases will never exceed 50% of the item’s total cost.

SHIPPING –
We prefer USPS ground mail for sample orders. USPS Priority, Express or First Class is available with delivery and signature confirmation for invitation orders. We add all shipping costs to your final invoice. Signature and delivery confirmation will be part of your shipping costs. Please sign your package. Your package won’t be insured. If you want to add insurance, please contact us. Paperie Design Studio is not responsible for any damaged or lost shipments.

It is highly recommended that client does a complete inventory of the order immediately upon delivery. If there is any issue with an order, it is the client’s responsibility to contact Paperie Design Studio within five days of delivery date with questions or concerns.

ENVELOPE ADDRESSING- Each suite comes with return address printed on response card envelope only. Please let us know if you wish to have outer and inner envelopes addressed as well. Additional fees apply (outer envelope address- $1.50/each, inner envelope guest names- $1.00/each). We also have a choice of traditional calligraphy (outer envelope address- $ 3.00/each, inner envelope guest names-$2.00/each)

METHOD OF PAYMENT- Paperie Design Studio accepts certified checks, money orders and credit card payments. Payments by credit card must be processed through the PayPal website.

TAXES- Orders that are shipped to destinations in Michigan are subject to a 6% sales tax. Sales tax will be added and included upon e-mail confirmation.
