Complimentary Consultation
If you are able to visit us, we recommend that you make an appointment. We will be glad to guide you through all the choices available for you. Please take a moment to fill out this contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hours to set up an appointment.
If you are unable to visit us, we offer a sample service. We understand you want to check the quality of our stationery first. Please go to “Order Samples” to see your choices. Samples come with envelope(s) and additional inserts. Specific colors cannot be guaranteed.
When you decide that you want Paperie Design Studio stationery, please fill out the contact form or email us the information below and we will call you within 24 hours to guide you through telephone consultation.

During your complimentary consultation(both in person and over the phone) we will discuss all special details you would like to incorporate in your design. We will help you select colors, your invitation design and the style. Any details from your wedding or event can be used for inspiration on your design. We will also work within your budget to choose the perfect design that best suites you.
Collection of Samples
At the end of your consultation, when you decide to entrust Paperie Design Studio, we ask you for a booking fee, which saves the date for the production of your stationery and allows us to create a selection of sample invitations that are made according to your specifications. The amount of booking fee depends on the amount of sample invitations you would like us to produce for you. The cost of each sample is $7 for classic and silk box collections (we do not include silk box with sample orders, only invitation and additional inserts). For our hand painted collection, any artwork that is made to your specifications requires $100 design fee.

Please allow us 2 weeks for production of your invitation samples, and again, if you able to visit us we will invite you to come back and look over the invitation sample(s) we produced for you. You are welcomed to take them home with you if you need some additional time.
If you are our online customer we send your invitation sample(s) with an order form and brief description of each sample. If you want to make changes at this stage, just talk to us about it. Once you have placed your order, as before, we will get to work for you!
Estimate
After you choose the final invitation design you like, we will provide you with a final invoice with a brief description of all the aspects of your order. An estimate and time line based will be based on what was discussed during meetings or telephone consultation. Please allow 1-5 days to receive your estimate. At this point, if you decide to move forward with Paperie Design Studio, full payment is due at your earliest convenience.
Production
Since all our work is handmade, usually turnaround time is 4-8 weeks from the time you finally approve the wording. We want to make sure everything is perfect so please make sure to check all grammar and spelling. We will create a proof or exact replica of what your final invitation will look like. You have an option of viewing it online or receiving an invitation set via mail. Once you confirm that every detail is perfect and you give us written approval, your order goes into production.
