Do you offer catalog?

No, we don’t have a catalog in our offer. Our work is based on completely customized design. You can view all the designs we’ve created for others. If you like any of our design we will be happy to create the same or similar to the one you like.

Can I set up an appointment?

Of course you can! Please go to “Contact Us” page and fill in the form. We will call you within 24 hours. You can also e-mail us at info@paperiedesignstudio.com or call us at 313 445 2476

When is peak season?

Peak season is usually from January through early June.

When should I mail my invitations?

Invitations should be mailed 6-8 weeks prior the wedding

Once I submit my order, how long will it take for me to get my invitations?

It depends on complexity and size of your order. After submitting an order, the complete process will take between 4-8 weeks. Production time during peak season often takes up to 8 weeks.

What response date should I use for my RSVP cards?

It depends on how soon the wedding is and when your caterer needs the information on guest count. Response cards are normally set between 2-4 weeks prior to wedding. Keep in mind that some of the guest simply won’t respond and you will need some time to get those responses.

What are special instructions for mailing?

Our invitations vary on size and weight. Square invitations will need extra postage to send. We recommend you take all invitations to the post office and request the postal service to hand-cancel every invitations. Machine feeding may damage envelope and crush delicate crystals inside.

Do I need a reception card?

If your reception is held at a different location then your reception, it is recommended you enclose a reception card.

Can I order extra envelopes?

Paperie Design Studio sells additional outer and rsvp envelopes, or in case you would like extra outer envelopes for potential errors when filling out your addresses. All additional envelopes are sold at $1.00 each.

Can you address my outer envelopes?

Yes, we can address you outer envelopes for additional fee. You have two choices

  1. Addresses are printed – $1.50/outer envelope, $1.00/inner envelope
  2. Addresses are handwritten – $3.00/outer envelope, $2.00/inner envelope

Please make sure that your guest list is complete and spell checked. Guest lists are accepted in Word documents only. Orders will not be processed until the complete guest list is received.

Can you rush order?

Rush orders are handled if there is room in our production schedule. Please contact us so we can check our availability. Rush fees may apply.

Can I order samples?

We strongly recommend you order some samples before placing your invitation order. Selecting the right invitation is very important step. By ordering samples, you will be able to see quality of our products.
